Chef Max recipe for 4 people
Hamburger Pan 4 pcs. Garlic 2 cloves, chopped 1/4 Chopped onion Whole egg 1 piece Salt and pepper Sliced onion 1 whole Sliced ball tomato 2 part Ketchup Sauce Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons sauce Max's Black Gold from chili to sesame A couple of hours before the event mix the ground beef with the chopped garlic and the chopped onion and add the raw egg, form the good size hamburgers and save on the fridge.
Prepare the dressing sauce:
Mix 2 tablespoons of ketchup, one of mustard and one of mayonnaise, to that add 2 tablespoons of Max's Black Gold to the chilli tree with sesame. Then slice the onion and the tomatoes.
Turn the charcoal on the grill half an hour before cooking, once ready to put the hamburgers to roast 5 minutes on each side, that are well cooked and fill the loaves the breads with well cooked meat, tomato, onion and the sauce seasoned with Max's Black Gold chili from tree to sesame.
